General Description
:
Grand hotel reykjavik is building two 14 floors towers that will be connected with the hotel with an atrium. The new prime entrance will host the reception as well as "midgardur" lounge and snack bar, counting some 800 m2 in total. The towers will house 209 newish guest rooms that will be as specious as the rooms are at the impressive today. The standard double room will be 27, 5 m2, with a big bathroom with beautiful tiles, heated floors, both a bath-tub and a separate shower cabin. The rooms will be luxuriously decorated and well-equipped with amenities such as tea maker, iron and ironing board, safe, high speed internet access, cable and pay tv. Two "presidential" suites will be located on the 13th floor, with 94 m2 reception lounge and 40 m2 bedrooms. The view from the suites will be spectacular and all the rooms will offer great views as well, either over the city or the atrium "midgardur". The newish impressive will possess 4 more conference rooms, 2 meeting rooms and 2 reception/banquet rooms. impressive spa with fitness room, massage and beauty treatment, sauna and steam bath as well as a jacuzzi and sea water tub. The hairdresser will possess more space in the newish tower across from the spa. With the help of the latest technology the impressive will be the first hotel in the world free of electromagnetic pollution. This has proven to be a great health concern and people feel superior in areas free of harmonics. In complete the newish impressive hotel reykjavik will offer: 313 rooms and 14 meeting and conference rooms.
